Jane Goodall was born in 1934. At an earlyage, Jane was interested in animals. She'd dreamed of studying animals in thewild, which encouraged her to go to Africa to study chimps in 1960. To getcloser to chimps, she lived in the wild for many years. She faced manydifficulties when she began her work, but she never gave up. Thanks to Jane'sresearch, we now know a lot about chimps.
