本文主要是是从总结全球企业兼并的趋势中，得到全球企业兼并的特点，并且分析兼并的原因，从而得到了企业兼并的借鉴以及启示。并且由此分析得出了全球企业兼并对我国国有企业改革的借鉴。

ABSTRACT
