Natural Food Is Better Than Prepackaged Food
When it comes to the selection of next meal, we believe that natural food is better than prepackaged food, which has been prepared advance and put in plastic or cardboard containers to be sold.
While prepackaged food can be fast and convenient, it is often less healthy and nutritious. Because when processing and wrapping to have longer shelf life, manufacturers often use artificial colours, additives and other unhealthy ingredients.
Prepackaged food is sometimes less safe Prepackaged food may mislead the consumers by changing the due dates and claiming the wrong ingredients. Even some famous manufacturers and distributors are reported to have dishonest commercial behaviour.
In addition, prepackaged food is not environmentally friendly. Natural food is direct fresh from the nature while prepackaged food has to use containers and coverings, which leads to waste in landfills and makes threats to ecosystem.
Taking health, nutrition, environmental friendliness and safety into consideration, we believe that natural food is far better than pre packaged food.
