I am Li Hua. a toumst fo China. I am writing to complain about the poor service your company offered during my trip to Hawaii last week.
When we were flying to Hawaii. our fight was delayed for two bours, amd we were not offered supper. As a result, all the passengers went hungry on the journey. Besides, the hotel rooms where we stayed were noisy because there was a playground opposite or hotel. what's worse, the staff were unfriendly to us when we complained about the noise These made me feel bad about this trip. I strongly demand you give me a reasonable explanation and improve your service in the future.
